Safety Meeting (Toolbox Meeting)

  • Conducting toolbox meetings daily or before the start of any high-risk activity, led by competent supervisors or safety personnel.
  • Discussing task-specific hazards, safe work procedures, and control measures before commencing work.
  • Encouraging open participation from all employees to share safety observations, lessons learned, and improvement ideas.
  • Ensuring records of toolbox meetings are properly maintained and monitored for effectiveness.
